Project Consultation
This is a a chance to meet each other*, discuss your needs and see if we're the right fit for each other
We'll discover your design style, how to incorporate anything you already own as well as a general chat on design and aesthetic likes / dislikes
We'll discuss your focus areas, priorities and goals and answer any questions you might have
This will be followed up with a written report and all the valuable insights from our consultation will be worked into a moodboard with 1 revision (additional revisions @ £40/hr)
*This is a 2 hour consultation that can take place in person (within a 10 mile radius of Kendal with no travel charges) or via video call / zoom
Deliverables:

Moodboard + 1 revision -
Layout, Planning and Sourcing
Layout, planning and sourcing - from £720 per room
This service includes all of the above but takes a deeper dive
We’ll assess room orientation and explore the best layout for your space producing annotated floorplans, traffic flows, and 2 basic elevations
We’ll produce curated sample boards for all flooring, wall and window treatments as well as soft furniture
We will fully explore all furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E) to provide a digital shopping list with any trade discounts that may apply

Everything from the Project Consultatio +
Spatial planning
Annotated floorplan and traffic flow
2 x basic elevations
Curated sample board
Digital shopping list -
Full Visualisation
Including all from the other 2 services, this fuller service also provides
A detailed electrical and lighting plan
Advice on the best approach for your project as well as tips and advice on bespoke furniture and fittings as required
Up to 2 x 3D visualisations to see your rooms full potential including all furniture in situ and a realistic lighting representation
Procurement with access to certain trade discounts plus styling and install advice
Deliverables:

Electrical and lighting plan
Support with project approach
2 x 3D visualisations per room
Styling and install advice
Additional services can also be added to the packages, and can include, but are not limited to: liaising with delivery teams, installers and trades, as well as designing bespoke cabinetry and storage solutions…
